Since the last app update, it got difficult to plan where i can leave the bike. You basically can orient properly. Not user friendly, not visually friendly. If u touch the bike to see the areas, and then move the map a bit u can't see the areas at all. I always liked the next bike but this time it got really difficult to use it. I hope that my review will reach you, and u will make it more comfortable to use. Many thanks in advance!

Overall I'm a big fan of nextbike. They are cheap, easy to use and sign up for and comfortable. However when things go wrong, they go really wrong with negative consequences for the user. About 70% of the time I head to a station that says it was bikes there on the app, but then I get there and there aren't any bikes. Our there are bikes but they have something wrong (don't unlock, flat tyre, broken gears etc). There is a "report a problem" option on the app, but I feel like it would be good...

Nice app, simple to use. The thing I don't like is the customer support section in the app, it would be better to see a history of submitted entries and any progress on them. As there's no feedback from submitting entries, I end up calling customer services every time. Another thing is latency, when returning a bike and renting another one within 2 minutes, the app assumes I rented two bikes at the same time and charges me extra. Again, calling customer support instead of filling out the form.
