To get started:

2. Open the map to find a nearby vehicle
3. Scan the QR code to unlock – and you’re off!
Pro tip: Select a pass or discount after unlocking to save on your ride.
To end your ride:
1. Open the app
2. Find a dedicated parking spot on the map
3. Continue on your day!

Choose your preferred discount right before you start a ride to save on travel. Explore Dott passes to save per day, week or month — or just pay as you go for now and choose one next time you ride. Customer support is terrible, ignoring complaints. Constant emails about improper parking, despite it being fine. App has features not working. Overpriced and slow. Battery indicators are terrible, showing high when only at 4 miles. 6 miles actually only means 2 because the last 4 will be low power and itll die before reaching 2 miles left. Genuinely terrible but sadly the only form of long distance transport without using buses or cars. I wouldn't use this unless absolutely necessary.

absolutely atrocious I've been using the bikes for about a month and 90 percent of the time there are ride end issues and have to waste my time talking to support to get refunds. Seems highly sketchy that this happens all the time whilst you still have to pay for the minutes. If you manage to get through the infuriatingly useless AI help they might refund. if they are but available they will refund a random amount that's not the amount you overpaid. Reported to trading standards

Very poorly maintained bikes and scooters, frequently with potentially dangerous issues like faulty brakes and seats. Battery milage is always about half what the app tells you it is, and if you live further out, good luck finding a bike or scooter that works! If it wasn't cheaper than just driving in and paying for parking (if you can find it), I'd be rid of this app. As for trying to file a complaint, first you have to suffer through an AI interface.

– Easily see when you've applied a discount code, or we'll nudge you to log in/finish signing up to apply your code
– Tap the "Ring" button with a clear bell icon to find the vehicle you've selected on the map, plus refreshed pins so they're easier to locate
– Refer your friends easily from the top of your ride receipt
