HnK: revive is a great game . You will enjoy this game even if you are a fan of the series or not. The game is by easy to get into but there's a lot of depth to it, the way that you manage teams and upgrade characters. They also have some mini games that come occasionally, my favourite one is the sliding puzzles. I have two issues with this game. One is the player base, my server(64) is empty, I think they should merge the servers. Two is the monetisation in the game is too expensive.

Just so we are clear - I love Hokuto No Ken, the series, the manga, the other video games and so on. I do like how this game looks, character models are great, variety of characters, vwry accurate depictions of moves from the series and/or other source materials. But it's just not fun, when you spend most of the time either with item ads in your face or pressing the skip button to use energy, and then log out again. This type of gameplay is not the SEGA I grew up with.

Presentation is great. Story is good. User interface is better than average. Everything else is broken. 30% chance that pressing something will send you back to title screen. Some menu screens don't even work. In-game currency is one of the most expensive in any gatcha game. £42 won't even buy you a 10x gatcha. Stamina purchases are limited so you are left with nothing to do after about 30 mins. No special starter packs to buy like you get in every other gatcha game. Very amatueristic release.
