The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

Starting a ride provided you have set up the app and linked a payment method is easy. Ending the ride on the other hand can be challenging. GPS doesn't allign with parking locations. Often having to walk 50-100m trying to get alligned with where the P icon is on the app. (Twice I had to walk out halfway across a beach to end the ride). Whilst you are running around trying to end your ride, you are paying by the minute despite having parked the scooter correctly. Scam maybe??

Firstly, it makes you add €10 credit to the account before you can start, then the first scooter I got on was broken, however, I was still charged for unlocking it and the 3 minutes I spent trying to get it working. I've now waited more than 24 hours for support to get back to me. Ended up using another company, as they are not only cheaper, but are also able to offer support to their customers.
