Unreliable and useless!! it signs you out without a warning every two weeks just when you're about to go through the gates and catch your train even if you just had the ticket ready 5 mins earlier! You can't read the bar code on half the gates because it doesn't work, and there are no bar code readers on stations outside London Terminals. Also, there is no way of changing your profile picture, regardless of the instructions on SE website. I'm going back to paper tickets.

Decent enough app for buying tickets, etc. The inability to be able to "view earlier trains" on the live train section or the plan journey section is frustrating. It's quite useful to be able to find the train you are on, that may have departed late, to find its estimated time of arrival to coordinate lifts or taxi pick-ups. Functionality that should never have been removed.

It's not terrible, but also not intuitive. Very basic things annoyingly take multiple clicks and 10+ seconds to do. You open your journey on your phone to refer to it later, but app decides that the session has expired and takes you to main screen. You need to search for the same journey again, but the train you are on won't show up because "it's already left the station". Uggghh. I'm looking for an alternative app.
