very good but not perfect. Only used for planning a trip and booking seats so far, we haven't activated it and used it to travel. One small irritating thing is a journey with multiple changes... the app shows the entire linked journey which is great. But if one leg requires a booked seat that isn't available, so you need to change leg 2 or 3 etc to a later train the app isn't flexible enough to allow a leg to be "later", you have to enter each leg as a separate journey to fix the timings.

This is all from the point of view of somebody who had never used the app before. The app is fairly straightforward to use but if there are any issues with the trains you book the app isn't very helpful. Also, if you starting making travel arrangements before going through the rail planner then it's not very clear how to add those trip.

Works ok, but the User interface is a bit unintuitive. I tried to make three separate trips which were under the same two month pass, but I couldn't transfer the pass between them. So I ended up putting all my journeys under the same trip, even though they were separate holidays. Annoying issue. Otherwise I had no issues when I had mobile signal access. I think an offline version would be better, for when I'm in a tunnel or an area with no mobile signal & need to show the pass to train conductor

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We understand how frustrating it is not being able to separate trips under one pass. Also, you're absolutely right, having offline access to your pass is crucial, especially in areas with no signal. We're working on both of these improvements to make your experience smoother in the future.

In this app version, along with our regular timetable update, we've made some improvements and fixed some issues for a smoother travel experience. Plus, we've taken steps to improve accessibility, making the app easier for everyone to use.
