Nowadays most of the bookings can be directly done with the actual hosts/operators. Tiqets provides a big 0 after sales support if anything goes wrong. Also, I noticed that I had far better and smoother experience when I booked directly and got better seats/better treatment. Not to mention, they do useless additions to tickets to create an attractive looking package but when you book the same thing directly, it is usually much cheaper without any of their added non-sense.

I have been promised a full refund after I complained, I was told this would take 3 to 5 working days, I know as a fact that a refund is instant, as soon as its processed the funds will be back in my account. It has now been 3 weeks and still nothing, they are very quick to take our money, but as soon as there is an issue they just blank you out, disgusting!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are cheater. Bought the Budapest Card and top collect at Ibis Airport Hotel but counter staff said they do not have it. I was told to buy bus ticket to center to pick up from another location. Paid extra €6 for ticket and guess what? They too don't have the card. The staff at the hotel told us to write in for full cancellation refund but till now, there's no reply. This is too ridiculous especially for a tourist card by an authorized distributor!!
