ended up with a screenshot of what I agreed too in initial sign up. paid the promo price. even the fine print says after end of that time I would get a full price charge after. but I got charged within minutes. not clear at all very annoyed. as someone who was willing to give everything a decent chance now no longer willing to trust something where I get double charged and it isn't made clear about how subs are auto applied unless you cancel them manually after.

I really loved the meals and found the notifications helpful, but it's just too expensive for what it is. I might pay this as a monthly fee but not a weekly fee. Also, I'm finding it much too difficult to cancel. If a company does not have a straightforward cancellation policy, then that's a red flag. It says to cancel through Google subscriptions, but when I try, I get a message that says "No subscriptions found."

Massive rip off. I wasn't aware it was a weekly subscription until I had a bill this am after less than a week since I paid. The recipes are all over the place, the shopping bill would be huge and there would be massive wastage of unused items. There are ingredients I could not find English translations for, e.g chicken balyk, and Jinto. The recipes need to be in the order that you perform the steps. Beat the eggs needs to come after you to separate the white and yolk, not before.
