I should have tried it out before I paid. There's absolutely nothing on here that you can't do free on another app. It doesn't have a weight chart to show progress, no meal plans or recipes, no workouts to follow or exercise logging, only steps count which you have to link to Google fit and I have a watch linked to a different app and it won't let me manually add. it's extremely basic. It has you put in your weight, pick fast time, add what you eat and set a water goal. Not worth paying for.

Hi, you can record and view the weight progress chart on the "Mine" page. And you can log exercise through "Calories section->Burned->Workout-> More" on the "Daily" page. As a fasting timer, the app is fine. The features seem to be much the same as any other intermittent fasting app. What worries me is the extra info, some of which doesn't match up with any research I can find. E.g. claims about how long it takes to reach fat burning or ketosis are way too short. There are considerations before doing intense exercise during a fast, but it doesn't appear risk of ketoacidosis is one of them unless the fast is at least several days. Seek out other sources of info.

Good app for tracking where you are in the fasting process.. however, not a lot of food seems to be registered. (Nearly all barcodes I have tried scanning, it doesnt recognise!) The food items suggested seem to be US based, so it's not very helpful elsewhere in the world. If more food items were pre-registered, it would be much better.
