Shop (the app) doesn't prevent scams, and leaves customers with no recourse. Shop should prevent money being taken for pre-orders until they are shipped. If a payment is made over 120 days your bank cannot recall it. So I've lost £52 on an order I never received, the seller won't reply and my bank can't help. There are also other issues. A bug has caused my recent orders to be shipped to an address that I haven't lived in for 9 years and isn't even showing on my profile.

I thought it was me until I came here to review the app and realised that many other users have the same experience. You can't track orders - or at least, not the one that prompted me to install the app. Also, it wants to link to my Gmail or Outlook account. That's not going to happen, so I've uninstalled the app. Update: I tried it again. It doesn't work. Maybe if you use Outlook or Gmail it might work, but would you trust a 3rd party to look at every email you receive?

What have you done! First you took away dark mode now the functionality of the app has significantly reduced!Orders no longer show up on the home screen I have to go to the order tab. Before ALL my orders were on the home screen. Also orders randomly disappear! I put in the tracking number and I'm informed it's being tracked, I get the status then it disappears again! Also the tracking info doesn't often match the actual tracking. This app used to be good. Stop making changes for the sake of it
