Maybe a really interactive app but you try getting in touch with customer support. These have hidden the contract button so well that it's impossible to get in touch with them. They also have an strange account creation system... you get an account even if you don't want one, then this doesn't link to the app so you can't see your previous orders. Again, if you have an issue, you can't resolve it. The principle used by this seller is: you have a problem, it's your problem!

Pricing not very clear. I used the App to get the item I wanted £2 cheaper. The more items you buy then the shipping cost decreases. I only wanted a very light pair of earrings. They cost £4.65 to ship. Thought the earrings included VAT, so what the 65p was for, I haven't a clue. It's not clear!! If you don't intend to buy multiple items then it isn't worth the shipping.

Took longer than quoted for delivery. Day after placing order, price dropped by 70% . Found other sites advertising this product way cheaper, as they just drop ship. Product quality was poor, especially for what i paid. Because of delays I was offered a discount which was supposed to take 7-15 days. Needless to say, i never received the partial refund. Overall left a bitter taste dealing with the company. I'll now delete my account and buy elsewhere
