I've been here since the start and used to love playing. Since the start of 2024 it's just gone down hill, more rapidly since the latest update in early 2025. The gameplay is a mess, bad connection / ping despite fast Internet and decent mobile. It seems they are more focused on pushing as much content as possible than focusing on the gameplay. They've added indications in the menu as if you've unlocked something, but it turns out to be purchasable content that you looked at already :/

LoL: WR used to be one of my most-played games. Really enjoyed my experience with the game for the last few years. Lately though, I can't even make it onto the home screen. a constant barrage of "connection lost/reset" even with full 5G and WiFi available. The only option I have is to play Single Player mode. This is enough to make me, regrettably, uninstall LoL. I hope this matter can be resolved (either by me or the Devs) in which case I'd be happy to re-review it again.

In terms of graphics and functionality is good but this is not a game, it's a marketing app. It's meant to sell and to lure you to the spending pit and is designed to punish the smart and good players by pairing it with bad ones all the time as soon as you are doing slightly well. This is to keep most of the players (bad ones) addicted. Also, in rank mode you play with a lot of bots, at least until emerald so be aware how misleading the popularity of this game is. It's 1* coz it's not a game!
