everything was fine until a few days ago when I went to login in like usual after exams, my account got resettled without question. all my progress and characters were gone and I was forced to start back on level one . I emailed the customer service team but their was no response. I thought it was a new account but it restarted using the same email and all my progress is gone. I honestly did enjoy the game as I did spend a few years but it does lack in diversity of character design

It's cool and a generic RPG game. Just that after playing for a while, you hit a point where it's too grindy and the game is time consuming and boring. As well as that, don't install for the gacha aspect. It's overly rare to get anything good, and even if you do, it's not fulfilling or satisfying as other games allow it to be. The game is alright but it's too repetitive. Plus all the skins with effort in them are locked behind paywalls.

This game has been around for a long while and hasn't improved at all. It's hard to use the heros you want as can't get dupes. Each 10 pull should come with a 5* hero. Alot of things are behide a paywall. Outfits when you buy them the animation doesn't change that is just lazy. There are now better options out on the market. It comes off as a cash grab. It's a let down.
