Used this app only a handful of times now, and the last few times we've received our order, there's been either incorrect items or items missing, and the food has been cold. There doesn't seem to be any real function to report missing items or even receive a refund for them. Tried talking to the bot, but it asked me to upload a receipt, only for the upload button to do nothing. Eventually, after a lot of messing about, it appears to just direct you to write to Customer Service. Poor...!

absolutely pointless! its the worst app I've come across. constantly crashing, I get the message " item not available" nearly every order, but when I then go in, the same food is available 🤷♀️ cant find where to play monopoly. sometimes if youre lucky it pops up on the homescreen, most times its just not there. today for example, advert for 99p delivery. no one on their right mind would have delivery from there! the drivers are disgusting in most restaurants

Asper all other latest reviews. Everyone is saying the same but the app has not been fixed!!!!Unfortunately the app is very hit or miss. Sometimes works great and jo problems at all but if say more often it's just hangs up. Screen goes white and then instead of picking up at drive thru or collect point you end up having to go into McDonald's and ordering at one of the kiosks. It's been doing this for months and even if you download the latest app it still does it. All friends have said the same.
