I joined last week. used it once. worked fine. but started using a new phone couple days ago and I can't log in. I enter the password and it says it has sent a verification email but the email never arrives. tried multiple times but no joy. so I can't use the app. I did receive the email verification code when I initially set up the app last week but for some reason it is not sending them to my email address any more. so you had a new customer for a week, but now you don't 😕

More Card feels pretty pointless. Yes, you collect points, but instead of being able to save them up like Tesco Clubcard or other loyalty schemes, Morrisons just prints a £5 voucher and expires far too soon. You barely get chance to use them before they run out, which makes the whole system frustrating and not rewarding at all. Compared to other supermarket loyalty cards, is very poor — it doesn’t feel like a real reward scheme, just a way to get people to rush back before expiry. Not impressed.

Hi Stephen, sorry that you're having a poor experience with the app. You can change your voucher settings so they don't print out when you reach £5 by going to the Fivers section on the app and then Fiver preferences. This way you can save your points up until you are ready to spend them. Hope that helps.

Can no longer log in, doesn't send an email to the registered email address, tried umpteen times but nothing. Tried uninstalling and installing the app but it made no difference. Even went to my local store, they verified my email address which was registered but that's all they could do. So frustrating and ready to ditch it.
