Ruta Sepetys

Ruta Sepetys or Rūta Šepetys is a Lithuanian-American writer . Her debut novel, Between Shades of Gray, was a New York Times Bestseller. It chronicles Stalin's reign of terror in the Baltics and was inspired by her family history.
