By My Mother's Hand: As Told By Survivor Henry Melnick

It's a deeply honest, transparent book from a real person. It keeps you om the edge of your seat because you don't know what's going to happen next. I pray this man truly found happiness after the war. Nobody should have to go through what the jewish underwent in ww2.

This is a book filled with tears, but with a story that needed to be told. Henry Melnik did an excellent job giving a full account of his experiences during one of history's most horrible moments. What it is i liked most about this book was that it gave an account of life after the concentration camp experience. We are coming to a place in world civilization where the generation that lived through the Nazi experience are dying out. It is so important that they get their stories told. If we forget these stories of man's inhumanity then we may repeat them.

Once i started reading i couldnt stop. His story was amazing, he was one strong man. This book is 5 stars forsure, nothing less. I love reading memoirs of the holocaust, cant wait to read more.
