I read this book and all of Frank Peretti's work. If you love a bit of nail-biting story and drama, this is your author. I consider Peretti to be the Stephen King of Christian writers. Great suspense!!!

Has been years since I read this book but I highly suggest this read. It shows what happens when we pray, the battles it takes. Loved it. Great Christian fiction. I look forward to reading it again.

This sequel to Piercing the Darkness was right on point. I see why my sister's pastor had their entire church reading these two books. This book shares the reality of our present day spiritual warfare, and the need of the word and daily prayer.
