I only watched the movie, but iv seen it 34 times now and if I read the book no matter how bad it actually is I would still give it 5 stars, so I might as well whilst I'm here, my autism is strong but my Bordem is stronger, for this they worked together and created a comment you have just read.

I feel like the book was very instructional and there wasn't a lot of personality behind the words. There's lots of abbreviations and facts but not too much story. I wanted to know what the main character was thinking and feeling. He's a human after all. I actually preferred Artemis by Andy Weir.

No wonder this book made it as a film with a few 'A-list' stars. This book is pure amazeballs!!

Andy Weir built a two-decade career as a software engineer until the success of his first published novel, The Martian, allowed him to live out his dream of writing full-time. He is a lifelong space nerd and a devoted hobbyist of such subjects as relativistic physics, orbital mechanics, and the history of manned spaceflight. He also mixes a mean cocktail. He lives in California.
