Ok, I have a lot to say and none of them are positive. First of all the smut is as dry as my father's humour, second the book is soo catered towards the male standard of a women and their ✨WOMENLY✨ roles to the point where it was complete derogatory. The story is soo generic, AI could make a better story, I know I was not expecting great, but my god. I did not expect this BS. To anyone who wishes to subject themselves to this, word of warning: The male lead hate women who only sleep with him (and nothing else) because he said so, and believes men only want women because she is a sl*t. The female lead is stupid and her only defining characteristic is that she is Fat (btw No hate to women who are like this, she was just poorly written to feel sympathetic for.) THE MISOGYNY IS OVERFLOWING The writing is inconsistent I would give this book 0 stars, but that is impossible, so I gave it a ✨generous✨ one. I wish I could say more but the limited would not allow me.

I couldn't get myself to finish this. It feels like it's the bare bones of what the book should be. It has the potential to be excellent but it's just missing the heart of what I personally consider a good book. "Oh woest me I'm fat how can any man ever love me" trope is old and dead and honestly kinda gross. It's not inclusive and not relatable. I'm larger and the same age as the heroine and yet the way she acts like absolutely no man would ever want her is just 🙄🙄🥱 Finding out about pregnancy not even a week later 🙄 Also what was with that whole part that was just when she wakes up, she walks around, she gets told a very small and obvious lie not even 48 hours after meeting the guy and has a full on meltdown and then sex then next morning? As I said it has the bones of a great story but it's just too...idk, plain.

Warning! Warning! DO NOT PREORDER! I pre-ordered twice and both times I had to rebuy the book because it canceled my order a few days before the release date and didn't get my money back. Other than that the book is wonderful and I can't get out of it once I start the author does such a good job making the story.
