Disappointing given I stopped smoking with easyway 6 years ago. Thought he might have been as convincing on this subject but unfortunately not. Would have really liked some depth to what he was saying. Yes made sense but he didn't take the time to get you to get it like he did with the quit smoking book. I guess for the money it wasn't too bad but would have paid more and been well miffed
