A good book to read, not great but good. Keeps u engaged but I feel some tiny parts could have been abridged without affecting the story. However this is a personal opinion as I tend to be impatient sometimes. I think u can guess the ending/twist depending on ur life experiences or observations. The ending was explained in great detail, certain parts could have been left to the imagination of the readers but hey that's what sets every author apart. So not a complaint just a personal preference.

This book had me tripping. You can never guess the plot twist. I felt sick after knowing the plot twist, sick as in mentally. I am in love with this book and how it has been written. If you're into psychological thrillers, you should not miss reading this masterpiece. It is freaking worth it. Love love love, mad love. Drove me crazyyyy.

I only read the sample to see if it's good, honestly saying it's good is underestimating it! I'm gonna buy the real book soon and read the rest! I recommend it, very good book!
About the author
Alex Michaelides was born and raised in Cyprus. He has an MA in English Literature from Trinity College, Cambridge University, and an MA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. The Silent Patient was his first novel, and was the biggest selling debut in the world in 2019. It spent over a year on the New York Times bestseller list and sold in a record-breaking 50 countries. Alex lives in London.
