This is exactly what this book tells us about : many of the subtle laws of nature which govern our lives ! The vicious so called modern attitude, as mentioned earlier, is shaken to its very core of weak foundations ! When we are in harmony with nature, we pave way for our Ultimate Quest - the quest of Absolute - the only Truth - in this ever changing world ! This book sheds light in the dark forest, to show us the way made known to us by the sages - the Great Ones !

I have always been curious about this topic, and I found the book approachable, practical, and informative. The quiz was helpful, too. It helped me reflect and begin to understand the doshas. I also liked the detox section. Again, a practical way to apply the practice in real life. I think this is my new favorite book!

Excellent book on the subject matter. The book print quality, binding, layout all are superb. One can easily identify own body type based on the principles of Ayurveda and plan food-diet & yoga practices accordingly. A must for Ayurveda lovers.
