This app is terrible. I'm not sure what they've done to it, but in the last 2 months I've been unable to log in to my account the majority of the time. It took me 3 days to be able to pay my mechanic because I couldn't access my account. The app either: gets stuck authenticating your device (most common); gets you to the login screen but you can't press anything, or; allows you to login but then gets stuck. I'm literally changing banks because of this, it's unbearable.

Terrible, unreliable. I'm going to change banks so I don't have to deal with it anymore. without fail the app will break atleast once a month. Will force me to set it up again. on the odd occasion it doesnt ask for this the app is slow and takes way to long to boot. The latest app crash nearly made me miss making a credit card payment. Don't waste your time, go to a bank that can keep up with the times.

The banking app is so bad, and has been for years, taking minutes to load if it does at all. I'm genuinely thinking about changing banks entirely to avoid using it, given how much harder it makes everything these days. UPDATE: In reply, I've now updated to a brand new phone (Pixel 10) and it is just as slow to log in. Using biometrics or not makes no difference, login is so slow that timers on websites for payment run out before I can verify payment.
