Really good, and the female voice is calm and reasurring. The early stages of the meditation help to get you into the right frame of mind (no pun intended) and then allows you to develop further. It's really good for stress relief (precisely the reason I downloaded it) and has sections that you can work through on things such as procrastination, and sleep. Yes, it's subscription based (it's about £18 for six months) but it's certainly worth it for the stress relief alone.

Fantastic App. I was with Headspace but lately money is so tight I couldn't afford a subscription. However I like this better, lots free, especially great if you are a beginner, as different types of meditation are introduced. I like that you can get further access through challenges. When finances allow I shall want to get access to the locked meditations. Shame we have to pay for something that is so crucial for those of us who rely on mindfulness and meditation for our sanity! Thank you!

Great content, I love the 10 minute sessions. The lady has a lovely voice. The free stuff is of course limited, but I think it's reasonably priced. And if my circumstances were different I would actually pay for the app. What made me delete it is that you have to wait 7 days for EACH session after level 1. I would understand waiting for each level, but not each session.

Sorry you do not like the app. If you are in difficult financial circumstances you can apply for either free or concessions rates access to the premium version. Contact our support email if you are unsure how to do this in the app.
