How to set-up the app with your business account in two steps
1. Sign up for HSBC UK Business Internet Banking. If you’re not registered, go to: www.business.hsbc.uk/en-gb/everyday-banking/ways-to-bank/business-internet-banking.
2. You’ll need a Security Device or a Security Device Replacement Code to set-up the app and log on for the first time.

Bizzarly no push notifications of credits nor debits on the account like all other banking apps including personal bank brands within the Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation group! Not even email notifications! Have to login every time just to check for paymens. Why not this basic feature? I called them to ask and they seemed ambivalent as if no one had ever asked before...try harder. It's not like you don't have the money to invest in this.

Works fine but very limited, can only look at recent transactions, transfer and make payments. Very little functionality considering it is for business banking and banks want you to do everything online these days. No further options even when logging on with security device. EDIT: can now deposit cheques but the first one I tried would not work as it was £550 and there's a limit of £500. Mainly convenient for checking the balance.

It's not working on my Pixel 4a. I cannot see anything on 'Accounts' page. No accounts to click. Literally all it displays is the our company name on the top, and the refreshed date and time, that is it. It's been like this the last three weeks and customer service has no idea why it's not loading. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a several times but no change.
