It's actually a really great game! I was playing a solid 4 years of this! I give it one star because there's zero support for the game now. I got a new phone, logged into my play account just to find my game and progress gone. Just this game. Everything else was saved. They no longer offer support of any kind for issues because they've moved onto their other more recent games. Customer service will direct you straight to a bot which tells you that the game basically runs itself now. Pity.

Played this game for years and got to level 74. Recently it kept kicking me out of the game as soon as it loaded and kept constantly restarting. Gave me the option to report but when I did it cleared all my data and has started all over again from the tutorial. Loved this game but now I've read other reviews saying they can't get their progress back, I'll have to uninstall. Why can't this be fixed?! š

It's boring and gets repetitive. After a while you find it impossible to get gems and progress is very slow. I begin to just come on for the daily prize rather than the experience and I wish it was easier to expand. The game is okay but the gameplay needs to be more entertaining and progress should be challenging but easy and fun. Also, try to improve the graphics and STOP MAKING THE PEOPLE WALK THROUGH WALLS! It's so confusing because I have clearly placed doors. Finally, add more characters.
