Shein clothing isn't too bad in quality most of the time and I've used the app for years. However, now, there's no way to know how much youre actually paying for an item until youve reached checkout. The price changes multiple times. The price on the items when browsing are not the actual price. In the basket its different, unticked, its different, at checkout, its different. This needs to change! Its misleading.

I’ve ordered from Shein several times, and overall, it’s been a mixed but mostly positive experience. The biggest advantage is definitely the price — you can find trendy clothing, accessories, and even home items for a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere. The variety is huge, so whether you want basics, going-out outfits, or seasonal pieces, you’ll probably find something that fits your style. Shipping is generally faster than I expected, though it can vary depending on the order.

Terrible customer service. The process to return items is very rigid, not straightforward ! I recently purchased an item and didn't test to see if it works. A couple of months later, I tried using the item, only to discover that it was faulty. I contacted them only to be told that they couldn't help as the time to return the item had lapsed! Also, when I return an item, i often have to chase a number of times for my refund!
