HER Lesbian, Bi & Queer dating

Reviewing as a "Premium" user. HER is extremely pay to use and even if you subscribe, the people you want to actually talk to can't see your likes anyway, unless they are also subscribed.. So it relies on people finding you in their feed first, which makes it a bit worthless to subscribe. Kinda defeats the point of being a dating app if you can't even match with ease. I'm not going to resubscribe.

Buggy and overly complex. Designed entirely to get you to pay for Platinum. Gold is worthless, leaving me feel like I've wasted my money. Even when showed people who have looked at my profile, there is no way to interact, like, or even find them again. The red heart at the bottom of those profiles does nothing. Presumably if I only paid for Platinum... I'm more a fan of simpler apps that do what they are meant to do. I see only trying to get even more money out of me here.

Negative stars, if that was an option... My account was blocked before I could actually open it. I filled the registration form half way through, then it kicked me out and said account on hold, get in touch with support team. I did and the support team never got back in touch to solve the issue. Probably just a data collection exercise - and one can't delete the account without being logged in, which one can't do when the account is blocked. Another example of poor quality service for women...
