Just awful. Need to be connected to both your WiFi and be standing by the charger for Bluetooth. If you like standing in the rain trying to get your charger to connect then get this. Also, can't set a one off schedule. Really hard to get any software updates to install. I've retired six times with the latest one and no joy. I have another charger of a different make at a different property which is a million times better app wise.

I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

All works absolutely fine. Should have updated this last year but been fine since. Just bought a box to charge and I keep getting a message saying there has been an error so it won't let me connect my new box or send a message to customer services about the issue. Because when I go to type an email it says "there has been a problem. Please try again later". Help!!!
