It is a very bad experience. Talbat cancelled the order without any referring to me. After calling them they told me that they cancel the older the older and they will refund the amount within 7 working days!. It's hilarious, and it's unacceptable, and it's an unprofessional way. To handle the customers. I didn't cancel the order and they forced me to wait 7 WD to wait the refund

Worst customer experience ever. If the order goes well without problems, it's good. But once there is the slightest issue, which happens a lot!!! Be it a late order, a lost driver, a missing item, a wrong item (the list is long), the customer is always left stranded with no compansation, no apology, no solution and an unreachable customer service.

great offers if you are a pro member, but if you have an issue, management is extremely weak to be able to resolve a simple issue of a crusty old McDonald's beef burger👎🏻 as an extra note, management called to inform that they are putting a credit to my account, but 2 days later, nothing... only after this review did I see the amount in my account, disappointed, not even a call to follow-up, this review stays!
