Played with PlayPass. Honestly, I didn't really enjoy this game. Most of the puzzles were ok & some were trickier. The hints system was not very helpful. However, it was the storyline that ruined it for me: 2 kids go to stay with their abusive grandfather, who dies in a freak accident. You then get flashbacks to the father's childhood with his abusive father. There are multiple hints at some deeper lore, but it is never expanded on. Overall, an unsatisfying game that I do not recommend.

!SPOILERS! I played the entire game free through Play Pass. Looking at other reviews I don't think Ch4 was out in 2018-19, but honestly, it doesn't add that much to the story, or have me anxiously awaiting a Ch5(?). My genuine question; who or what is the monster/entity in the woods that's vaguely shown here and there throughout the chapters? Nothing is revealed and there's no real closure on anything. The puzzles are mostly okay, but just aren't that great, and are easily brute-forced in places

This game isn't bad, its just underdeveloped. The first chapter does a great job of setting up a mystery. What does the rest of the game do with it? Not a lot honestly. I was so hype after the first chapter that I bought the other chapters and I just feel disappointed. The controls are HORRENDOUS in some places and there were a couple of visual glitches. The OST and graphics are great but don't make up for the rage inducing controls. It feels like there was a great idea that got rushed :/ 2/5
