I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

The first mistake I made was saving my credit card in the Keeta app. When I was checking their offer, an order was placed without asking for my confirmation. I immediately messaged customer care to cancel the order, but they didn't cancel it. Around 5 minutes later, they said they couldn't cancel as the restaurant had already prepared the food. I lost money and complained many times, but they only apologized and did nothing further. An app with no immediate cancellation option is like a scam, TC

Very bad service. Every order ends up with me contacting customer care. The delivery time keeps changing according to their convenience. It shows 15 to 30 minutes, then once that time is over it adds another 15 to 30 minutes, and when it gets close to the on time delivery promise, the timer changes again. Food always arrives cold because of the delays. I faced this issue four times and I am fed up with their service. That is why I am leaving this review.
