Used this app for roughly a year and a half. All was fine until about 2 months ago. They changed the merchant tab and now you can now longer sort by date paid, only by date the invoice was sent, making it very hard to notice when new payments have come in. Seems to be a buggy mess now with UI problems all over the place. edit - still an issue 4 months later. told to email them with the email below and just get sent back here. poor support team and product development team.

Business app sends you into log in loop once you enter your details. Keeps asking for business name and then tells you the business is already registered. Tried all alternative methods to log in.. all of them redirect you to the app... have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, still didn't work. I have important transactions to make and now have been held up for hours. Chat support is only through the app, which can't be logged into because it's in a loop. No telephone number to call!

good app, good bank for businesses, but I can't give more stars. if you want to manage things on your laptop, the login process is horrendous and driving me absolutely crazy. Can't I log in once with my 2nd device and then just log in for the rest of the day?! the previous login process was bad, but it's getting worse and worse.
