The app works fine, and it is good to have discount at checkout at certain airports. However, the points based on purchase are not reflected even a month after the purchase - which means there is no way to progress on the tiers, and get higher discounts. This needs to be properly supported. Update : Received a response from Dufry, mentioning you can claim missing points online. However, this does not work as I can get up to the submission form, but the submission page is passive.

Terrible app and website. I've been trying to order for several days now, it doesn't work at all. I find the items I'd like to shop for, try to put them in the cart and keeps telling me "you need to choose options for you item", yet there are no other options. I tried different items just to make sure, and the site and app crash. Too bad, cause the idea would be good if it would work, so I think I'll have to get to the airport am hour earlier just to do my shopping. Such a shame!

Doesn't work. Code never scanned and staff had to take the £5 off using a paper voucher. Points were never added. Was told at Gatwick I would have to phone the call centre every time I bought something to ask them to put my points on and might have to send them my receipts. What a complete waste of time and money. App has now completely crashed and won't open even though I've reinstalled it twice.
