I've played this game virtually since it was released. Enjoyable, visually interesting, fun gameplay if somewhat repetitive. However, the latest evolution of the game as seen it become another pay to play type, with characters only available for cash, limiting the amount of players who can afford them. And the way to get free ones has been reduced to chance. So only two stars, until the game comes back to its roots.

Very heavy on the pay to play (not win) aspect, they need a lot more heroes to be a good gacha that I can really recommend, but I'm giving it a pass as it is so new. The gameplay is good but the energy is far too little with only diamonds to refill, which if you are a f2p player you're going to have a bad time. Not sure what their target audience is but if it is children this is not going to work. Unless you are rich with more money than sense your child will be so disappointed and constantly asking you to add hundreds to this game just for the chance of their favourite character, I say CHANCE because even if you put money into this you can't unlock them. They missed a beat by not using the old Disney infinite figures with NFC to get some unique characters imho as well. So to sum up, they should make levels cost less energy, why do raids use energy as well? Why not just the raid tickets? It makes no sense to me. They need to add in more characters before it can be a proper hero collector for me, right now it's a 10 minute and done game, no incentive to spend money or stay on the app longer so without that consumer hold I don't think it will end up on my device for too long. If any of these things are fixed though I'd gladly change my review!

This would be an easy 5 star review, but I can't do it. I love the game, there's so much content to get through. But that for me is also its biggest weakness. Energy/stamina takes just too long to recharge. An elite level is about 1hr20m of recharge time. For about 20 mins of content I spend 18 hours recharging. Also VIP levels don't help. They read like "stamina X5" for example, but that just means you can buy refills 5 times rather than having extra stamina or extra recharge. EDIT: The amount of in game offers is getting rediculous. Almost everyday there's a new pack between 20-90£. For a game for kids this is rediculous. Hold off for a while Jesus.
