Really great app! New content becomes available each day as you log in and select an energy level. I find this to be very helpful, no overwhelm or decision fatigue. I tried to change the subscription to monthly payment but it does not seem to work. It only offers the annual membership which right now is too much for me. Currently all the links in the app for contact and for FAQ give an error message, so I'm not sure where to go from here. This is a new app so I get that there are glitches.

Been using several days now, really enjoying the app. Such a great mindset, really encourages you and makes making good choices for body and mind much easier. Especially love that you get to choose your energy level each day, and can go back through library of activities to choose from if you prefer. And very adaptable to which things you want to do, how much, and how often (even moreso over time as you unlock more). Team is very receptive to feedback. Hope for captions soon!

Amazing! Only exercising app and program that I've tried that has me showing up consistently, that has a workout for every mood and ability. It has also helped me shift my mindset around exercise and seeing it as joyful and not a chore or a punishment. It provides hard stuff, but also gentle movement and short sweet workouts for those days that you don't feel like doing anything, but you can do 5 minutes and do something. Also makes me feel better with my body, which helps me take care of it.
