Leaving a new review since I started playing again It's hard to work for coins in the game too, it would take a while just to get a decent amount. Whenever they bring out new GOOD stuff, it's not in avacoin currency, the new coin currency items r not the best, or there's BARELY anything. Also a common bug I have is when my mail will just disappear and not come back for ages, I don't receive mails and it's a real issue, I hope it gets fixed soon, it happens to my friends too.

Was in love with the game years back. When the game makers cared. Now the game only cares about making money, while leaving bugs unfixed. Game currencies are expensive, subscriptions aren't worth it. Items once owned/ purchased/ drawn from mystery boxes disappear from your inventory and you may not even realize they're gone until you want to use them again. Customer service is hard to contact, & ask for screenshots of prove of the item you own. Who takes screenshots of the 1000s of items owned?

been playing for around 7 years and absolutely hate how downhill this game has gone within the past couple years. first the exchange rate and limit on how many shifts we can work, making it almost impossible for players to make any purchases, to the introduction of crowns and the fact that instead of a in-game job, you're working irl just to afford a piece of clothing. the slight chance there is a new release item which doesn't cost crowns it is at some ridiculously high price.
