Headset does various things that I cannot stop, like re-starting my audio book when I hang up a call - so not only do I get audio when there shouldn't be any (I was not listening to my audio book before the call), I also lose my place in that audiobook and have to spend effort re-locating the chapter I was in. Only solution i know of is to deliberately start some music whenever I put on the headphones. That way it tries to continue thst album rather than messing with Audible.

Since the latest earbud software I've found them very glitchy not an issue I'd had before. A lot more noise on playback and the music will just stop in the earbuds, doesn't cut connection as the music is still playing on the phone but the phone still sees the earbuds and doesn't switch to the phone speakers. Stopping and starting the music doesn't appear to do anything. I'm having to switch tracks stop and start the music numerous times and it may come back, it's random

Utter rubbish. App opens up and closes back down in under 2 seconds. I have tried all the steps offered by Jabra Support and it still doesn't work and all they can say is we won't replace your earbuds.....I don't want them replaced, I want your app to work so I can use them!! look elsewhere for earbuds as the customers support is useless.
