The App is functional. Setting schedules etc works well. The connection range isn't fantastic but you don't have to use it very often. The mower works really well. I've had mine for two years. I've changed the blades and cleaned it in the winter. Very occasionally is gets stuck or the charging contacts need cleaning but no other problems. I hardly ever need to use the app except early and late in the season when I reduce the cutting frequency. Don't be put off by the apps low score, it works.

Not brilliant, could be so much better! The app has all the right intentions but it is so frustrating, please improve it. No idea if it's ever charging - app says battery is empty all the time yet says 100% ! Sometimes does not charge at all but no indication whether it is charging! Reading the reviews shows we're not alone. It is not a cheap product and this should be making life easier not harder. Setting it up was a complete nightmare and could have been so much easier

To fix the app not finding the product I had to open the app and tap 'add a product' to start the scanning. I could then pair with the device but scanning continued and wouldn't do anything else. I then had to turn Bluetooth off on the device and a new prompt appeared from the app about not being able to connect to the product. Turn Bluetooth back on and you can then connect to the product. This took a lot of trial and error to figure out! I hope this helps someone.
