best game ever made but very bad app design. better on PC. half the time I beat a level (ascension) it says it unlocks the following level but then it's not unlocked. I've been trying to get in touch with game support for over a week and nobody has gotten back to me (multiple emails). give me a refund. the game is not functioning as intended and you guys won't fix it.

I love the game and have played quite a few hours on it. However: - the loading screen keeps showing as "synchronising data..." And I don't get through to the menu/starting screen, when I have data or WiFi on. - my progress of runs has disappeared. I thought it would be solved if I hit save before leaving the game, but that's not always the case. The annoying thing is that the ENTIRE run is lost, you can't even get to automatically saved progress...

The game itself is absolutely brilliant - I've played it on several other platforms and having a mobile version is getting me hooked all over again. Unfortunately it's beset by technical problems: it crashes constantly and takes an arbitrary amount of time for successful ascension runs to register, giving the impression that your hard-fought victories counted for nothing. A shame for such a great game. Edit: looks like they fixed all of the above! Thanks, so much better now 👍
