This is a fast paced game, but is so overwhelming. There are too many event popups, too cluttered a UI. Once you get past level 30 you have to use boosts to pass a level, which you get plenty of, but I'm assuming will quickly run out. The ad free pack is cheap, but when taking optional ads they are impossible to skip/close, so the app then closes because it's been pushed to the background. Too stressful, not fun like hospital sims on PC.

Dear friend, we will work hard to optimize ads. Currently, the ads removed in the game are "interstitial" ads, and incentive video ads cannot be skipped for the time being. I really enjoy this game but I've already had to spend money to be able to have enough coins to upgrade the equipment and complete a level. There are 8 ads a day for free gifts but very minimal. Has spoilt what was a good game as I am not spending any more money that lasts another couple of levels before I cant get further again.

It's ok but I don't see myself playing this game long term... I like the concept of the game and didn't mind paying for no ads but even just on the 2nd clinic I find some stages impossible to pass without the use of diamonds or watching ads to level up certain things. I don't see myself playing for long as I don't want to watch ads or pay to win levels as I progress in the game.
