best mobile phone game ever in my opinion. However, whenever I try watch an ad to get a bonus or a free life etc. it closes the ad and restarts the game. it doesn't acknowledge I have watched any ad. sometimes I have to go through the process of re-watching and ad over and over again until I can finally finish the ad and get the benefits. I sometimes have to use my gems instead of watching the ad which isn't worth it. I am thinking about quitting this game even though it is one of the best games

This game used to be so good. I've been playing for 6 years but with all the updates it's become nearly impossible to progress without paying a ridiculous amount of money. throughout the years I've paid a bit it speed things along but it's now ridiculous how capped it is for free to play players. It brings into question the loyalty it has to it's long term fan base. 3 stars because at its core it's a great game.

Purchasing in the game is not the only way to strengthen yourself.
You can acquire resources by completing daily missions and activities, or by collecting chapter chests after your clearance.

This used to be a great game. You could pay real money to speed things up but everything was available by grinding in game. Now the S grade gear, especially heroes and the exclusive event hero skins make the game heavily pay to win. Easily a 5 star game usually but lost 1 for the unreliable server and 1 for the pay to win approach more recently. Sad really, this had huge potential in the early days.
