Atrocious app and device. Had no end of problems recently with data sync. Done every single 'troubleshooting' step and makes no difference. it's not my phone, it's not my bluetooth, it's not my network connectivity - all 3 work perfectly fine with everything else. It's your hardware. After nearly 10 years suffering with Fitbit, my advice to anyone reading this, buy a Garmin, buy anything that isn't a Fitbit. Zero stars...

I've been using fitbits for years, and premium briefly. When they updated the app and changed the period tracker, it was a step backwards - I actually used it to plan far ahead for holidays (no one wants a beach holiday with aunt flo). Many other aspects of the app lost detail, inc. the sleep tracker was no longer intuitive. The various training videos were user friendly. However, learning how to use the app again post update was not on my to do list.

Latest update is awful. The weight management has completely changed. The graphs over a year and all time were really insightful, now it just shows a few average points. You can't even see how much you've lost so far anymore . Edit: useless response. I found a workaround. In weight, click 3 dots top right. Click manage data, then click review data. It will revert back to old view. That said, I'm going to export my data and move to an app that won't change for the worse.
