If you're going to force users to move to a new app, please ensure they will be able to sign in. The app's login page doesn't allow access to saved passwords like other apps. You also don't allow values to be pasted into either of the input boxes. Then, when I finally manually type in my long random password, the sign in fails. It's as if you don't want me to ever sign in.

Whether it's the fault of the app I dont know, but recently for two totally separate lounges it has stated "pre-booking unavailable". So then we visit the lounges to be told "we needed to book". Only one available lounge available for an airport the size of Doha too and with no access so spent 8 hours sat in communal areas on uncomfortable chairs whilst waiting for our connecting flight! These passes are a waste of time if they cannot be properly used. What's going on? !!

Found it extremely difficult to pre-book at the airport lounges online. It states availability, yet there are actually none available. Apparently, we are not allowed to telephone and make reservations. It takes a good couple of days to update and appears to be static over the weekend. I have struggled the last three weeks to book, and to date, I have no reservation, and I am travelling next week. Not good.
