Reading Eggs is the multi-award winning learning program that helps children learn to read. Based on scientific research and designed by experienced elementary teachers, it’s proven to help kids learn to read using interactive reading games, guided reading lessons, fun activities, and over 4000 e-books.

Potentially a great app and the children love it. Unfortunately it has a known issue with ALL Galaxy Tab A devices which causes the app to regularly hang and crash at the end of modules. Tab A is the very device they list as recommended to run it! I had to push the company hard to get them to admit this and they say it's being fixed but no sign of a stable version. All they can suggest is use a PC or browser instead which isn't suitable for their age and rather defeats the object.

Great when it works, but as more people seem to be finding, it just doesn't work very well once you get out of Reading Eggs Junior. It's a technically undemanding app, but crashes and hangs all the time. As a piece of advice re customer service, perhaps take some time to look at your coding instead of blaming the power of people's devices (of which ours meets the requirements). There are problems with the app, take that onboard before it really starts to impact your business.

Love Reading Eggs but no so much the app! I hate how I have to to go through the advert and then sign in every time we use it (literally every day). And it is such a pain to change which child is using it. Not very user friendly. It would be much better if you were presented with a page to choose which child as soon as you open the app.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Each child has a username and password to access the program. This will bypass the family dashboard and take them straight to the lessons.
