Avast Cleanup – Phone Cleaner

Used to be a great app. Now you have to pay for what was once free! It'll only clean thumbnails & app data for free. I get that there are costs to the company involved, but, in these times not many people are gonna pay for something that was once free!! It's likely to lose them more users than gain them more paying customers! Also it may impact Avasts overall reputation or maybe they just need extra revenue to pay for the TV advertising. Think I'll look for another app for cleaning my phone.

Poor, very poor, I have an annual subscription, have had it for many years, and have only recently found it that although they take money every year, my account has never actually been activated! Now, years down the line, I can't remember my log in details, and therefore can't use the App, worst of it all? I can't even unsubscribe! 🤷🏼‍♂️

Been using avast for years, never had any problems, but as of a few days ago the clean up app just keeps crashing. It starts to scan my phone then when it gets to around 70-80% it shuts down every single time. I've cleared the cache, forced stopped it, rebooted the phone but it makes no difference. So at the moment I'm paying for an app that is useless. If you can sort this issue out I would very much appreciate it.
