A beloved series adapted into a pay to win game. The sheer number of "micro" transactions is astronomical (though not necessarily needed (but gameplay is reduced to 'who has the biggest number' which is inevitably the person who pays the most)) In the current Halloween event, there are rewards that are only achievable if you make purchases, where all others are achievable through actions/tasks, making it impossible to complete without spending money.

A poorly coded, buggy cash grab. I wish this game was given the care and attention the IP deserves. I don't have space to mention everything wrong, but I'll address the main one. I am a free player, therefore I have seen just how predatory the game is with p2w players. It takes roughly 6 months to max out one legendary character without paying. This means in order to have a full arena team it will take 2 and a half years, by which time half your characters will be outdated by new, stronger ones.

My game was "hard locked" in the tutorial upon contacting customer support, I had asked them to reset my account as I would not lose anything of value. I was given useless tips that felt very automated. The person that went by the name Reese was "helping" me at the time, but even when given my situation and telling them my game was running into an error, giving them a screen shot of the where is was stuck and wouldn't let me out of the UI claim area. They continued to give me useful advice.
