Verification takes too long. I signed up nearly a week ago and still no change. I had to verify myself twice. No a good impression for a first time user. I understand that it's for protection, but it looks like that you need more people on your team to review new users. I cant do anything but wait 🙄 I've contacted customer service and was told that basically it gets reviewed when it can. By the time I get the green light i will loose interest.

App used to be great but they got greedy and it really shows. Been using it for around 5 years now and never used to have an issue getting matches, you either paid for premium or you didn't, there wasn't different tiers and boosts actually worked - not so much now. I'll get maybe 5-10 matches a day, boosts don't make the slightest bit of difference and neither does having the infinity package (I'm stupid, I know) but it's honestly just gone fully downhill and isn't worth using anymore.

I only signed up to this app yesterday afternoon, and ever since I've been waiting for my account to be verified even though it stipulates that getting the account verified is super fast and easy, I've been waiting over 16 nearly 17 hours now for my page to be verified and still apparently it's under "review" can this be corrected please. because if it doesn't I'll be left no choice but to delete the app altogether and go elsewhere. thanks.
