So, I managed to register the app after having to accept the default height and then edit it after my account waAnd once in and on the scales its great. The information it procides really is useful. Now however, it is stuck on my husbands account and will not flick back over to my account no matter how many times I logout and back in again. Can you fix this or make the app one user only, it's very frustrating!

The Fitbit connection in the Fitdays app is completely broken. I reported this issue on September 28, 2025. Two weeks later, the problem is worse. The app now crashes when I try to link my device. A basic function is unavailable. Support's first response was quick. However, follow-up communication has been slow and needed constant prompting from me. I sent three reminder emails. Their only reply was that they were "working with Google." Fitdays has offered no solution for this critical feature.

Not terribly accurate. It states I'm "severely overweight" when I'm actually the correct weight for my height and age. It has all my details, and I used it on a hard, flat surface. The scales work incredibly quick overall, but I don't think the app is going to prove useful since it is obviously so inaccurate, unlike the scales themselves; they gaged my weight perfectly. It was only off by a couple of pounds since it obviously doesn't take your clothing into account.
